About Our Handmade Journey
Because every piece is crafted by our team of 15 women, we usually need about 24 days to get yours ready. It is handmade and thoda imperfect, par asli hai—so please plan your orders with that production time in mind.
My mother and I started this journey in our room back in 2020 with just ₹300 worth of yarn and a lot of hope. What began as a coping mechanism during the lockdown transformed into a full-fledged sisterhood. Today, Macrame Karigari is a team of 15 strong women. We don't use machines; everything is hand-knotted or crocheted using eco-friendly cotton yarn.
We know the 'handmade' tag sometimes comes with expectations of factory-level precision, but that is not who we are. Our work carries the signature of human effort—from the late-night tea sessions that fuel our work to the occasional blisters on our fingers. When you order a macramé bag, a crochet toy, or a custom wall hanging, you are getting a piece that was touched by someone who cares about the art.
We handle everything from custom boho home decor to personalized gift hampers. Since we work in small batches and avoid mass production, we have a realistic 24-day window for most projects. For larger event requirements, we usually need a month to ensure every knot is tied perfectly.
