I manage the end-to-end execution:
- Venue & Seating: I help you find the right 3-star or 4-star property in Delhi NCR that fits your headcount, and I handle the seating layout—whether you need a theater style for presentations or a cluster setup for group discussions.
- AV & Tech Support: This is crucial. I provide standard 3000-4000 lumen projectors, PA systems with cordless mics, and an on-site technician to handle sound checks. No surprises when the session starts.
- Branding: I take care of the visual impact. We set up 8x10 ft backdrops, roll-up standees, and branded podiums so your company identity is front and center.
- Guest Experience: From the morning tea and cookie break to the buffet lunch, I coordinate the catering so your guests are fed and energized throughout the day.
