Wedding Planning & Management Fee
Core Planning Services
- Vendor Management: Scouting, negotiation, and coordination with 10+ vendors (Caterer, Photographer, Makeup, Venue, etc.) acting as the single point of contact.
- Budget Management: Allocation of funds, tracking expenses, and payment reminders.
- Itinerary Design: Creation of a detailed minute by minute run sheet for the couple and family.
Guest Experience & Logistics
- RSVP Management: Follow up calls to guests for attendance confirmation.
- Transport & Stay: Coordination of guest arrivals, hotel check ins, and room hamper placement (logistics only).
- On Day Shadow: A dedicated team of 2 to 3 members (including one bridal shadow) to ensure the event runs on time and handle emergencies.

- Theme Development: Mood boards for decor themes to guide the visual direction.
Main Wedding Night Decor & Production
Grand Structure & Stage
- Main Stage: 24ft to 30ft wide decorative stage with themed backdrop (Fiber panels or heavy floral pasting).
- Furniture: Premium couple sofa/throne chairs and side seating for parents.
- Wedding Mandap: 4 Pillar traditional or modern mandap setup with floral canopy, Havan Kund, and low seating (Gaddas/Bajot).
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Gate: Themed entrance arch featuring a mix of high quality artificial and fresh flowers.
- Passage Decor: Red/colored carpet, fairy light canopy or hanging floral tassels, and 6 to 8 decorative aisle props (pedestals with vases).
Ambiance & Lighting
- Lighting: General ambiance lighting (PAR cans), truss setup for stage, and decorative chandeliers for the walkway.
- Guest Seating: Round table setups for 150 to 200 guests with color coordinated overlays and floral centerpieces.
- Photo Ops: One dedicated selfie corner with neon signage.
Haldi & Mehendi Function Decor

- Backdrop: 8ft x 10ft photogenic backdrop using marigold strings (Genda Phool), fabric drapes, or kite/umbrella hangings.
- Bridal Seating: Decorated Swing (Jhula) or floral wrapped loveseat for the couple.
- Props: Use of traditional props like Earthen pots (Matkas), Rajasthani umbrellas, and a decorated cycle/scooter photo booth.

- Ritual Items: Provision of large Urlis (bowls) for flower showers and basic trays for Haldi application.
