- Backdrop: 6ft x 6ft circular or arch-style backdrop with customized flex design (Jungle Safari, Unicorn, etc.) or shimmer wall panel.
- Balloon Works: Semi-arch or garland setup using 300-400 air-filled balloons (mix of pastel matte, chrome, and confetti).
- Display: 3 cylindrical cake plinths and one standard neon "Happy Birthday" rental sign.
- Lighting: 2-3 LED PAR cans to highlight the backdrop area.
Entertainment
- Magic Show: 30 to 45-minute interactive show suitable for ages 3-10.
- Activity Station: Choice of one Artist: Tattoo Artist (temporary ink) or Balloon Modeller.
- Game Host: Emcee for 90 minutes to conduct games, manage cake cutting, and coordinate the entry.
- Sound: Basic PA system with one microphone.
