About Our Craftsmanship: Behind the Scenes
Before we print or embroider anything, we show you a sample so you know exactly what you are paying for. Whether it is a high-density screen print for a sports jersey or precise embroidery for a corporate polo, we handle every step right here in our workshop in Chandra Layout, Bengaluru.
At Locally Groomed, we do not just slap a logo on a t-shirt and call it a day. We take our quality checks seriously. When you order from us, we start by picking the right fabric weight—whether it is the 180 GSM cotton for tees or the 240 GSM Pique knit for our corporate polos.
For embroidery, we use computerized machines with high-sheen viscose thread. This ensures the logo holds up and does not fray after a few washes. For screen printing, we use plastisol or DTF (Direct to Film) based on your design complexity. It is not just about the print; it is about the finish. Before any order leaves our shop, we perform manual thread trimming and steam ironing.
Everything is individually packed in poly-bags so it arrives ready to wear. We believe in transparency.
