Whether you are a startup or a global team, I work with your budget to make sure your first impression is solid, not just a pile of random merchandise.
When a new hire walks in, the kit on their desk is the first real handshake from the company. I have spent the last six years figuring out what actually gets used and what gathers dust. You do not need expensive frills, you need stuff people actually want to keep. I handle everything from sourcing the basics, like 180 GSM bio-washed t-shirts and notebooks, to the branding details that make it feel like your company.
How we handle your kit
- Customization that lasts: We use high-density screen printing for graphics and computer embroidery for logos on polos. If you want a full-colour sports kit, we do sublimation.
- The Unboxing Experience: We do not just throw items in a bag. We use branded boxes with custom inserts, like the tray design we did for the 'Wolves' project, to ensure the presentation looks sharp the moment they open it.
- Flexibility is Key: Need 10 kits for a new team or 500 for a global rollout? I do not set strict minimums. We can scale the kit complexity based on your budget, whether it is a simple tee-and-notebook combo or a premium pack with tech gadgets and heavy hoodies.
