I always advise families to avoid stiff, forced smiles. Instead, we let the session flow. We play, we laugh, and we move. If we are doing a session at your home, your children are often more comfortable in their own environment, which typically leads to more relaxed, candid photos. If you prefer the studio, I use simple, modern backdrops that keep the focus entirely on you and your loved ones.
