About Festive Fun: Janmashtami Specials
These shoots aren't about stiff, perfect poses. I set up the scene with traditional props like butter pots and peacock feathers, and then I wait for your little one to interact with them naturally. Whether it is a curious hand reaching for a prop or a sleepy cuddle with mom, that is where the magic happens. We will capture the genuine festive joy, not just the costume.
For me, the best festive photos happen when your little one feels comfortable and happy. During our Janmashtami sessions, the focus is entirely on your child's personality. We use soft, traditional backdrops that complement the bright colors of the Krishna or Radha costumes without overwhelming the baby.
What to Expect
We usually start with a few classic, quiet portraits to get the baby settled, and then move on to the playful interactions. If your baby is curious about the 'butter' pot or wants to play with the peacock feather, I will be right there with my camera to catch that moment.
Our Process
- Wardrobe: You are welcome to bring your own traditional outfits, or we can chat about the costume options available at the studio.
- Comfort First: The studio is kept at a comfortable temperature, and we take as many breaks as needed. If your baby is hungry or needs a nap, we pause. The goal is happy smiles, not stressful deadlines.
- Location: We host these festive sessions at my studios in Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Erode. If you prefer to stay home, I can also bring a curated selection of props to your space for an at-home festive shoot.
