Rainbow and Unicorn Themed Birthday Cakes

For our single-tier designs, we use a nut-free almond marzipan or high-gloss ganache finish, which provides a smooth, non-sticky canvas for intricate fondant work. If you are planning a grander display, our two-tier options are reinforced with food-grade internal dowels to ensure the rainbow arches and unicorn toppers remain upright throughout the event.

We avoid pre-made toppers. Every unicorn horn, cloud, and rainbow arc you see in our gallery is sculpted by hand in our Bengaluru kitchen. This means we can adjust the scale to fit the age or personality of the birthday child.

Flavor and Quality

You do not have to sacrifice taste for a visual theme. Our base sponges include Belgian Chocolate, Red Velvet, and Fresh Fruit, all baked without artificial preservatives. If you select a two-tier cake, we allow for mixed flavors—perhaps a classic Belgian Chocolate for the base and a lighter Lemon or Vanilla for the top.

Handling Your Cake

Because these designs often involve delicate sugar work, they require careful handling. We package them in tall, reinforced boxes to protect the toppers. If you are picking up from our Hongasandra patisserie, ensure the cake is placed on a flat, non-slip surface in your car, preferably the floorboard rather than a seat. For larger events across Bengaluru, our delivery team is trained to transport these specific structures to keep the fondant and figurines intact.
