About Women's Climbing Sessions
The best part of these sessions is the environment created by our lead climbers, Tejaswini and Lekha. You get hands-on guidance on movement, safety, and how to tackle your first route, rather than just watching from the sidelines. Whether you are nervous about the wall or just want a group to cheer you on, we keep the vibe fun, relaxed, and entirely supportive.
Why a women-only space? Climbing can be daunting when you walk into a gym filled with seasoned pros. Our sessions strip away that pressure. We create a dedicated environment where you can ask any question, no matter how small, and get practical, specific feedback on your technique.
The workshops are hands-on from the moment you step onto the mats. We start with the fundamentals: how to place your feet, how to trust your grip, and how to fall safely. It is not just about the physical climb; it is about building the mental game. You will see plenty of laughter and cheering because we believe that community is the strongest tool you have on the wall.
We have structured these sessions for every level. If you have never touched a climbing wall, this is your entry point. If you are already climbing but want to improve your movement or tackle harder grades, you will find the specific, real-time guidance you need. We focus on movement quality, safety protocols, and building that 'real fire' for the sport.
