I don't use canned fillings or supermarket jams. When you see fresh mango or strawberry on my cakes, it is because I sourced that fruit myself, cut it, and prepared it for your order. Because I use only fresh produce, my flavor menu rotates with the seasons. If you have a specific fruit in mind, ask me before you book, so I can confirm if it is currently in its prime.
Why Freshness Changes Everything
My menu isn't static because nature isn't static. In Delhi, we have distinct seasons for produce, and my cakes follow that rhythm. During the summer, you'll find me working with Alphonso or Badami mangoes, turning them into Mango Raspberry or Mango Biscoff combinations. Come winter, it is all about fresh strawberries paired with Nutella or light vanilla sponges.
If a fruit isn't in season, I won't use it. You won't find artificial flavoring agents here, and I certainly don't rely on synthetic jams to fake a fruit flavor. My Nutella combinations remain popular year-round because I treat the ingredients with respect—balancing the sweetness of hazelnut spread with the tartness of fresh berries or the crunch of popcorn.

- Need it Eggless? All my celebration cakes can be done in 100% eggless options without losing the texture.
Logistics for Your Celebration
Everything leaves my Lajpat Nagar studio ready to serve. For larger cakes or elaborate fruit-topped designs, I handle the transport myself. I’ll tell you exactly how to store it and how long it should sit out before serving, so that by the time you cut into it, the sponge is soft and the fruit is perfectly chilled.
