I don't use canned fillings or supermarket jams. When you see fresh mango or strawberry on my cakes, it is because I sourced that fruit myself, cut it, and prepared it for your order. Because I use only fresh produce, my flavor menu rotates with the seasons. If you have a specific fruit in mind, ask me before you book, so I can confirm if it is currently in its prime.
