When we design your cake, I do not just take a reference image and copy it. We start with your idea, and I sketch out a concept that is original to your occasion. Whether you want a realistic 3D wine barrel or a tribute to your favorite travel journey, I prioritize structural stability. I use food-grade internal dowels and supports to make sure your cake stands tall while it is being cut and served.
Your Idea, My Art
Most people think designer cakes are only for kids parties, but I believe adults deserve just as much magic. If you have a specific obsession, like a horror movie franchise, a complex travel itinerary, or a funny inside joke that defines your relationship, I want to bake it into your cake. I do not replicate designs from the internet. I prefer to use your story to build something one-of-a-kind.
The Engineering Behind the Flavor
When you order a structural or theme cake, you are getting more than just sponge and frosting. I handle the logistics of moving parts, heavy fondant, and internal engineering. If your cake needs a rotating base, hidden supports, or tiered structures, I make sure the internals are solid. Safety is non-negotiable for me, so I will always tell you exactly where the skewers and supports are hidden inside.
What Goes In
I work from my studio in Lajpat Nagar and deliver across Delhi NCR. Since these cakes require time for sculpting and detailed fondant work, I ask for advance notice. I use premium ingredients because my philosophy is simple. If I cannot eat it, I will never feed it to you. Whether you need an eggless celebration cake or a specific flavor like Belgian Chocolate or Nutella, we will plan it together.
