Unlike mass-produced desserts, my cheesecakes and brownies are handmade in small batches right here in Powai. I do not use premixes or shortcuts, which is why the Biscoff cheesecake or my walnut brownies have that authentic, melt-in-the-mouth texture you just cannot fake.
