Why I Bake

Desserts are my way of spreading happiness. For me, every treat is a little piece of art and sometimes, a reason for those late-night fridge raids. Dekho (you see), once you spot what’s fresh out of my oven, hasee toh phasee (if you smile, you’re trapped) - phir cake toh fix hai (then dessert is a must).

What’s Usually Baking

  • Cheesecakes: Creamy, dreamy, and honestly addictive. I do all the crowd-favourites like Biscoff, Nutella, Oreo, plus seasonal specials with fresh fruit. Handcrafted cheesecakes are my jam.
  • Brownies: Rich, gooey, and sometimes with a spicy twist for the adventurous.
  • Tarts & Pies: Buttery shells, silky vanilla custard, and seasonal fruit. Apple Pie is my comfort food.
  • Pastries, Cupcakes & Croissants: Classic chocolate pastries, Danish pastries with fruit, cupcakes for any theme, and multigrain croissants for a healthier bite.

For Small Wins

  • Dessert Jars & Tubs: Layers of cake, mousse, nuts, and fruit. I love mixing things up with fusion dessert jars like Chocolate Kunafa Cake Bowl or Thandai Tres Leches.
  • Bento Cakes: Cute, compact, and perfect for one or two. Great for travel or a mini celebration.

Seasonal & Festive

My menu changes with the seasons - Mango and Strawberry menus are a big deal here. I go all out for festivals with themed treats and festive pastry hampers.

My Story

Hey, I’m the one-woman army behind Let's Eat! Powai’s new sweet spot, and honestly, I’m still pinching myself. From baking at home while juggling my little one, to running my own shop – it’s wild. I do everything here, from mixing batter to packing boxes, and you’ll always get a smile. Your support’s been everything. Trust me, this is just the beginning – abhi toh party shuru hui hai (the party has just started)!
