While we love doing grand multi-tier cakes for weddings and birthdays, we started this bakery because my mom simply wanted to share her love for baking with everyone. These slices are a direct reflection of that. We take our most popular full-sized cakes—the ones that have become signatures in our Domlur kitchen—and offer them as convenient, individual portions.

Why our slices work

Many of our customers use these pastries to sample different flavours before committing to a larger order for an event. It is a no-pressure way to see if you prefer our fusion Indian flavours, like the cardamom-spiced Rasmalai cake, or if you are more of a traditionalist who wants a rich, coffee-soaked Tiramisu or a classic Black Forest slice.

Freshness first

Because we are a smaller team, we do not believe in mass production. We bake our sponges and assemble these slices fresh, ensuring that the cream remains light and the toppings stay textured. Whether it is the crunch on our Lotus Biscoff pastry or the delicate white chocolate shavings on our White Forest slice, we ensure each portion hits the mark.
