Lakeside & River Trail Horse Riding
These aren't just arena rides. We take our Marwari and Kathiawari partners into the wild, crossing lake edges and sandy riverbeds. It is pure, raw adventure.
A memorial ride for one of our beloved trainers, leading the horses along the edge of a restored lake. We even tested the waters for a potential jump.
When your horse can't see the bottom but willingly walks into the water for you, that is faith in action. This is a core part of our lakeside trail experience.
We are always exploring new paths. This video shows us scouting a 27km river valley trail, a sandy and challenging route we plan to conquer on horseback soon.
About Lakeside & River Trails
Taking a horse into water is a massive test of trust. They cannot see the bottom, so when they step in, it is because they rely on you to guide them. Expect wet boots, uneven sandy tracks, and a real connection with your horse that you simply do not get in a standard flat-ground arena ride.
Faith in Action
This is not a park ride. Our lakeside and river trails are where 'Faith in Action' really comes to life. Whether it is a refreshing walk through a lake edge or navigating the loose, sandy terrain of a river valley, these rides are designed for those who want more than just basic trotting.
What to Expect
- The Terrain: We explore sandy riverbeds and water crossings that challenge both horse and rider. It is about reading the ground, managing the pace, and staying alert.
- The Horses: We use our indigenous breeds—Marwari and Kathiawari stallions and mares. They are built for this land, sturdy and sure-footed, but they have their own personalities. Some are calm, some are spirited.
- The Experience: These rides are about escaping the city concrete. You get the fresh air, the sound of hoofbeats on mud and water, and the quiet of the countryside. It is physically demanding, especially on longer trails, so come prepared for an active morning or evening.
Safety First
Even with the adventure, we don't mess around with safety. We provide functional synthetic saddles and standard equestrian helmets. You will be accompanied by our handlers who know these horses and these trails like the back of their hand. If it is your first time in the water, take it easy. Listen to the handlers, trust your mount, and enjoy the splash. Jai Hind! 🏇🧿
