Nandi Hills Horseback Safari Adventures

These aren't pony rides around a park. We cover 20–25 km of steep rocky terrain and forest paths, so you need real saddle confidence and basic fitness to handle the 3-hour climb. If you have never sat on a horse for more than an hour, we recommend starting with our ranch lessons before tackling these hills.

The Nandi Hills Expedition

We don't just ride; we conquer. Our signature Nandi Hills safari follows rugged, untamed paths, some of which trace the historic Tipu Marg—the same route Tipu Sultan once used to traverse the hills on horseback. You will feel the massive difference between riding in a flat arena and navigating the uneven, rocky ground of the hills.

The Terrain & The Horses

We traverse steep inclines, dense forest patches, and open rocky outcrops. This is a workout for both you and the horse. We pair you with our high-stamina Marwari and Kathiyawadi stallions. These horses are born for this climate and terrain. They have the raw power to handle the climb and the agility to navigate the descent safely.

What to Expect

It is 3 to 4 hours of pure, uncut adventure. We carry light snacks and water in our support vehicles, but the real fuel is the thrill of the ride. We focus on endurance—walking, trotting, and climbing together as a pack.

Safety First

Safety is non-negotiable. Helmets and body protectors are mandatory for every rider, regardless of experience. This is a demanding activity where focus is key. We might joke around and have fun, but when we are on the trail, safety comes first. If you fall, you rise. We do everything to keep the ride safe and the spirits high. Jai Hind!
