About On The Lake
You need to wear synthetic clothing for all our water activities, so pack a pair of shorts or leggings that dry fast. It is a proper workout for your arms and core, but we keep the vibe light and fun, plus we provide all the life jackets and safety gear you will need.
Our lake is not just a backdrop for photos; it is where the action happens. We have got kayaks for that upper-body burn and water cycling pontoons if you prefer a different kind of cardio. You can expect to burn anywhere from 300 to 400 calories an hour, but truthfully, most people do it for the chance to get away from their screens and actually breathe some fresh air.
Since we are located on Bannerghatta Road, getting here is the only travel you will have to do. Once you are on the water, it is just you, your team, and the lake. We do run these activities in batches to keep things organized, so if it is a busy weekend, you might have a short wait before grabbing a boat. We provide all the gear, just bring a change of synthetic clothes and be ready to get a little wet.
