Professional Certification Programs
Deepen your expertise with research-backed certification programs that blend neuroscience, Reggio Emilia philosophy, and hands-on classroom practice. Whether you are an educator, therapist, or parent, gain actionable tools to support inclusive, child-led learning.
Champion inclusion and drive impact with our Certificate in Learning Differences. This 60-hour professional certification combines theory and practice to equip you with actionable strategies to support the diversity of minds present in every classroom.
Our Certificate in Early Childhood Education (CECE) is a three-month program for anyone committed to children aged 0-5. Learn about the science of childhood, brain development, and best practices through a mix of theory and hands-on classroom observation.
If you couldn't register for the full Certificate in Early Childhood Education (CECE) cohort, you can still join our expert-led program. We now offer individual modules for registration, allowing you to focus on specific areas of early childhood development.
Our individual CECE modules offer a flexible way to learn, allowing you to deep-dive into key topics without a full three-month commitment. You will gain practical tools from expert facilitators and join a community passionate about empowering children.
Our CECE modules are recommended for anyone committed to young children, including parents, aspiring and veteran educators, grandparents, and other caregivers. Therapists, counselors, and special educators will also find these sessions valuable for their practice.
Our CECE modules in April cover foundational topics like the role of play, communication, language development through storytelling, and the importance of music, movement, art, and creativity in the early years.
Our CECE modules in May focus on specialized topics, including how to introduce math and science concepts in the early years. We also cover the critical area of social, emotional, and ethical learning for holistic child development.
A core part of our teacher training involves learning how to facilitate storytelling that sparks imagination. Here, participants in our early childhood course practice using expressive reading to create an engaging experience for young listeners.
Our training programs are hands-on, allowing educators to experience process art for themselves. Here, participants use a mortar and pestle with natural materials like flower petals to create their own pigments, connecting them to sensory exploration.
Documentation is a key part of our Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy. In our training sessions, educators learn to observe, document, and reflect on a child's learning process by analyzing photographs and writing detailed observations.
About Professional Certification Programs
Our certification programs bridge the gap between theory and the daily realities of working with children by integrating live classroom observation directly into our curriculum. When you train with us at our Vasant Vihar or Green Park centers, you do not just study pedagogical frameworks; you witness these principles in action, observing how we facilitate neuro-affirmative occupational therapy and play-based learning in real time.
We designed our certification pathways to move beyond static, textbook-based training. Our flagship three-month Certificate in Early Childhood Education (CECE) utilizes a hybrid model, balancing self-paced theoretical study in neuroscience and child psychology with weekly in-person workshops. This approach allows educators to apply concepts immediately, ensuring the learning is practical and grounded in the actual needs of children aged 0-5.
For those focusing on special needs, our 60-hour Certificate in Learning Differences offers a deep dive into supporting children with ADHD, dyslexia, and processing disorders. We avoid rigid, standardized instruction, favoring an approach that emphasizes critical observation and the creation of inclusion toolkits. Participants receive mentorship from our senior experts, providing a rare opportunity to review teaching styles, document child behavior, and refine intervention strategies.
Learning at our centers is inherently collaborative. You will engage with our proprietary frameworks, gain access to our curated library of pedagogical tools, and join an alumni community that extends well beyond the duration of the course. Whether you are an aspiring teacher seeking a firm foundation, an experienced educator aiming to refresh your practice with inclusive strategies, or a parent wanting to understand your child's development, these programs provide the environment to grow your skills alongside a tribe of passionate advocates.
