From six-month intensive leadership courses to mandatory safety and first-aid drills for every staff member, we invest heavily in our own growth. When we are prepared, confident, and supported as adults, we can better hold the space for your children to thrive.
At Learning Matters, we believe that education is a collaborative journey, not a static transmission of knowledge. Our philosophy, inspired by Reggio Emilia, applies as much to our teachers and therapists as it does to the children in our care. We prioritize the mental and emotional well-being of our educators because we know that a stressed adult cannot foster a calm, creative learning environment.

We don't just hire; we nurture leaders. Our partnership with external coaches for immersive leadership programs helps our educators move from self-discovery to meaningful collaboration. Whether it is our lead educators in Vasant Vihar or our therapists in Green Park, everyone here is committed to evolving their practice. This involves regular reflection, peer observation, and continuous professional development on topics ranging from neuro-inclusive support to emergency first aid.
