Our Philosophy & Approach to Early Learning
At Inaaya, we believe learning should be messy, fun, and led by curiosity. Discover the values and the people behind our play-based approach.
Did you know 90% of brain growth happens before age 6? Our environment is designed to maximize brain development by stimulating cognitive, emotional, and motor skills during these crucial years.
We encourage a lifelong love for learning by focusing on curiosity and problem-solving, not rote memorization. The result is a confident, eager learner ready for any challenge.
Here are 5 key benefits of enrolling your child in an early learning center. From social skills to brain development, we provide a foundation for a bright future.
We boost language and communication skills through early exposure to songs, stories, and phonics. This helps enhance vocabulary and build speech confidence from a young age.
We help build strong social and emotional foundations through guided group play. Your child learns empathy, sharing, and cooperation in a supportive environment.
We foster independence by teaching simple self-help abilities. Tasks like putting on shoes and washing hands build self-reliance and a sense of responsibility.
A tip from our Head of Pedagogy, Sushmita Kumar: Let your child scribble freely. It builds fine motor skills, sparks creativity, and lays the foundation for writing.
About this collection
We don’t believe in rushing the learning process. A perfect example is how we encourage children to scribble freely on paper. While it might look like a mess to an adult, it is actually the critical first step in developing the fine motor skills required for writing later. Our educators guide this process gently, ensuring your child develops a love for expression rather than being forced into rote memorization.
Why Our Play-Based Approach Works
At Inaaya, we believe that children learn best when they are fully engaged in their own discoveries. Our pedagogy focuses on hands-on experiences because we know that sitting still in a classroom isn't how a three-year-old makes sense of the world. By integrating science experiments, art, and active play, we help children build cognitive, emotional, and motor skills naturally.
Teaching Consent and Boundaries
One of the most important lessons we teach isn't found in a textbook. We actively normalize the concept of personal boundaries. Whether it is teaching a child to say "no" when they don't want a hug or helping them articulate "I don't like that" when they are uncomfortable, we empower them to use their voice. When children learn that their body is their choice, they grow up with a stronger sense of self-respect and the ability to build healthy relationships.
The Team Behind the Magic
Our environment is shaped by a team of dedicated women who view every child as part of our extended family. Led by our Head of Pedagogy, Sushmita Kumar, our mentors are trained to prioritize emotional safety alongside physical activity. We don't just supervise; we participate. Whether it is a messy art session or a quiet storytelling circle, our team is there to ensure that every "scribble" and every "discovery" is celebrated. This isn't just a school or a daycare, it is a space designed to make children feel as secure and loved as they do at home.

At Inaaya, we aren't just teaching subjects; we are building confidence. Our team consists of passionate educators who truly love being around children, turning every day into a mix of play, discovery, and laughter. We are here to ensure your little one feels as safe and happy with us as they do at home.
