This isn't a demo class where kids just watch from the sidelines. We maintain a strict 1:5 chef-to-child ratio, ensuring your young baker gets individual guidance at their own workstation while they learn to handle KitchenAid mixers, temper chocolate, and master the art of the perfect bento cake.
The Experience
At our Bellandur studio, we swap boring lectures for flour-dusted aprons and serious fun. Our goal is to introduce kids aged 9-12 to the discipline and joy of pastry arts, teaching them the 'Khavanu Pivanu Majja Ni Life!' [Just eat, drink, and enjoy life!] approach to baking. We believe in getting messy, learning by doing, and making friends along the way.
The Curriculum
Over three action-packed days, campers rotate through key pastry skills.
- Day 1 (Cupcakes): Baking from scratch, buttercream piping, and fondant modeling.
- Day 2 (Cakesicles): Crumbling sponge, molding, and professional chocolate dipping using seasonal themes.
- Day 3 (Bento Cake): Layering, crumb coating, and decorating their own miniature lunchbox cake to take home.
Safety & Technique
We operate in an air-conditioned, professional kitchen designed for industrial hygiene standards. Kids use real equipment, including professional stand mixers and induction cooktops. While we keep the vibe energetic, we are strict about technique and safety protocols. Every child receives a Junior Pastry Chef certificate and a printed recipe booklet so they can replicate these treats at home. It is messy, it is loud, and it is the best way to spark a lifelong passion for the culinary arts.
