Learning to work with different textures is a key part of our curriculum. Here, we show how to create an adorable snowman using white chocolate for the body, fondant for the hat and scarf, and tiny chocolate bits for the details.
This video showcases the process of making our festive Rudolph Swiss rolls. Kids get to practice their chocolate dipping techniques and learn how to add delicate details like antlers and eyes to bring their creations to life.
Cookie making is a camp favorite! We teach the fundamentals of preparing and shaping dough, as seen here with these twisted chocolate candy cane cookies. It's a fantastic hands-on activity that always ends with a delicious reward.
About Creative Baking Projects
Your child won't just be watching from the sidelines here. In our Bellandur studio, every camper gets their own workstation and professional tools to bake, pipe, and decorate from scratch. We maintain a 1:5 chef-to-child ratio, ensuring your little one gets real, hands-on guidance while they create their own cupcakes, cakesicles, and bento cakes to take home.
A 3-Day Journey into Baking
We believe in teaching kids the right way, even when it involves getting messy. Our Junior Pastry Chef course is structured to build confidence through 9 hours of total hands-on time.
- Day 1: Cupcakes & Foundations. We start with baking from scratch. Kids learn the basics of buttercream piping and fondant modeling, taking home 4 to 6 decorated cupcakes.
- Day 2: Cakesicles. This is always a hit. We teach them to crumble sponge, mold shapes, and master the art of chocolate dipping. They walk away with 3 to 4 finished cakesicles.
- Day 3: The Bento Cake. The finale where they layer, crumb coat, and decorate their very own mini lunchbox cake.
