Peak Physical Conditioning to Dominate the Court
Tennis is won on the court, but it is built in the gym. Our conditioning program focuses on explosive power, agility, and recovery to ensure you stay physically dominant in every match.
Our comprehensive fitness program in action. This video shows players performing agility ladder footwork, dumbbell exercises, and medicine ball throws to build full-body strength and coordination.
This training sequence highlights functional strength exercises, including hurdle jumps with a medicine ball and coach-led drills, designed to improve on-court movement and power.
Agility and speed are non-negotiable. Our players work through various agility ladder drills, focusing on quick feet and explosive first steps, essential for high-level tennis.
We use a variety of equipment to push our athletes. This video shows players using resistance bands and medicine balls for dynamic strength and conditioning workouts.
About Peak Physical Conditioning
We don't use fitness sessions as a light warm-up. You will see our players working on agility ladders and medicine ball drills every single day because that first explosive step is the difference between reaching a ball and watching it go by. Our conditioning is specifically designed to build the endurance required to hold your intensity from the first set to the final match point.
Training Beyond the Ball
Being a great tennis player requires more than just hitting clean groundstrokes. It requires the physical engine to back up your technique. Our fitness protocol in Mumbai is built directly on the French Touch methodology—prioritizing consistency, volume, and specific on-court movement patterns.
The Daily Grind
Our athletes follow a strict schedule because recovery is just as important as the output.
- 8:30 AM Strength & Conditioning: This is where we focus on functional movement. We use agility ladders, tire work, and medicine balls to develop raw, explosive power.
- 3:00 PM Recovery Protocol: You cannot train at 100% capacity if you don't recover. We mandate daily stretching and cool-down sessions to manage fatigue and prevent long-term injury.
Why it Matters
We see players who are technically gifted but fail when matches go long or points get extended. By incorporating mental toughness training alongside physical conditioning, we ensure you don't just have the speed to catch up, but the stamina to finish. Whether you are aiming for AITA tournaments or a US college scholarship, the work you put in off-court dictates your results on the clay or hard court.
