We demand structure and organization before you even step on the court, because in this sport, the preparation you do off-court is exactly what determines your performance during a match.

Our players spend their days navigating between intensive on-court sessions on our MSLTA hard courts, PlaySight video analysis, and mandatory physical conditioning blocks.

We prioritize repetition and volume, meaning our players are constantly cycling through tactical situational play and fitness drills. This creates a demanding environment that is not for everyone.
