Elite Tennis Fitness & Development
Tennis is more than just shots. We build complete athletes through tennis-specific strength, conditioning, and flexibility training, right here in Nerul.

About Beyond the Court: Elite Fitness & Development
To dominate on court, you need more than just technique. My training isn't generic cardio. We work on medicine ball slams for rotational power, ladder drills for agility, and grip strength exercises that directly improve your shot stability during intense rallies. This physical foundation is why our players handle the pressure of AITA tournaments better than the competition.
Tennis is a physically brutal sport. If you only practice strokes, you will eventually hit a wall in performance. At my academy, we treat physical training with the same intensity as court time.
Building Tennis-Specific Power
We do not just lift weights. We focus on rotational power, which is the engine of a tennis serve and groundstroke. Whether it is medicine ball slams or rotational jumps, every movement is designed to translate into faster swing speeds and explosive court movement. Our sessions at the DY Patil Sports and High Performance Centre allow us to track metrics like explosive power jumps, body composition, and agility times. You see the progress in the numbers.
Flexibility for Longevity
Junior players often struggle with overuse injuries. Our inclusion of yoga, foam rolling, and dedicated flexibility sessions is not about relaxation; it is about keeping you in the game. Stretching the hips and legs allows for a wider base in defensive slides and faster recovery between tournament sets. We teach our players how to move safely so they stay on the court, not the sidelines.
The Mental Edge of Conditioning
True confidence comes from knowing you are the fittest player on the court. When a match enters the third set, the player who has trained their endurance, core stability, and agility is the one who wins. Our drills—ladder work, shuttle sprints, and pressure-simulated fitness—prepare the mind for that final push. This is high-performance training. If you want to compete at the state and national levels, you have to be ready to put in the work off the court as well.
