About this collection
Store-bought gowns often sacrifice comfort for the look. When we design a gown, we build in structural support like boning in the bodice and a horsehair braid hem. This ensures you get that dramatic, voluminous shape without feeling like you are constantly adjusting your dress all night long.
Designing a gown is different from just buying one off the rack. When we work together, we start by understanding the event. Is it a red-carpet event, a wedding reception, or a maternity photoshoot? Each requires a different approach to fabric and construction.
For dramatic ballgowns, we use high-volume cuts with 6 plus meters of fabric to create that effortless flare. We finish the hem with a horsehair braid, which gives the skirt its signature wave and structure. For bodycon or fitted styles, we use princess-cut drafting with internal canvas fusing and built-in bust pads, so you do not need to worry about finding the right innerwear.
Everything is made in our Bangalore studio, not just altered. We discuss fabric choices, whether you prefer the flow of georgette or the structure of satin. If you have a specific reference or a vision in mind, bring it along. Since every piece is custom-drafted, we recommend starting this process a few weeks before your event to allow time for fittings and perfection.
