About this collection
Every batch is made fresh only after your request is confirmed, never pulled from an old stockpile. I use traditional techniques, cold-pressed mustard oil, and hand-cut vegetables to ensure the flavour is exactly like what you would make at home. It takes 5 to 7 days to prepare, but that time is necessary for the authentic taste and quality I stand by.
Quality Without Shortcuts
Most commercial pickles rely on artificial colours and preservatives to guarantee a long shelf life. My process is different because I source fresh ingredients and preserve them using 100% cold-pressed mustard oil (Kacchi Ghani). You won't find vinegar, sodium benzoate, or chemical flavour enhancers in any of my jars. The preservation comes from the traditional sun-dried method and the natural oil layer.
Catering to Bulk Needs
Whether you are stocking a hostel, an old age home, or need corporate gifting solutions, I can handle requirements ranging from 20 kg to 100 kg. For large canteen or mess environments, I use food-grade HDPE drums with smaller, cost-effective cuts designed to minimize wastage on the plate.
Custom and Jain Orders
I understand that dietary needs vary. I offer specific batches for Jain customers, completely free of onion and garlic, while using high-grade Heeng (asafoetida) to keep the flavour profile deep and aromatic. If you need low-sodium versions or specific spice adjustments, just let me know before I begin the production run.
Shipping
I manage the packing in my own kitchen, not a factory. Whether you order retail jars or bulk drums, I ensure everything is induction-sealed or heat-sealed to prevent oil leakage during transit. I ship nationwide across India.
