I believe passion has no age, and this 11-year-old student is proof. This video shows her journey from her first practice lines on paper to her first design on a hand. It fills me with so much pride to guide young artists and watch their confidence grow.
I love celebrating my students' success. This engagement design features beautiful lotus work done by one of my talented former students. It's amazing to see them develop their own style and create magic.
This is a beautiful example of a full-hand Arabic design created by one of my students. The pattern features bold, flowing paisley motifs that travel diagonally across the hands, with detailed work on the fingers.
Here is another stunning Arabic design from a student, showcasing a different style. This one features a jewelry-like pattern on the back of the hand, with a prominent floral and paisley vine.
A closer look at a student's Arabic mehndi work. You can see the clean lines and confident strokes in the paisley and floral elements, which are key characteristics of this style.
This student's work shows a lovely fusion of Arabic and Indian styles. It combines the bold Arabic vine with finer, more detailed fillers and finger designs typical of Indian mehndi.
This image shows the beautiful stain from an Arabic design created by one of my students. The bold patterns of Arabic mehndi result in a very striking and dark stain.
About this collection
When you join my studio in Koparkhairne, you are not just sitting for a demo. You are working on your own hands or a practice board, getting real-time corrections on your pressure control and line consistency, which is the primary difference between a blurry stain and a crisp design.
I treat every session as a space where art meets patience. Whether you are a total beginner who has never held a cone or someone looking to perfect bridal portraiture, the focus is on your hands. My foundation course covers the chemistry of making your own organic paste, which is often the biggest hurdle for new artists. Once you understand the consistency and the grip, the designs follow naturally.
We move from basic Keri and floral motifs to complex Arabic flow patterns and eventually to bridal themes. For those in the advanced track, we spend significant time on anatomy, ensuring that the faces and figures you draw on a bride's hand look proportional and lifelike. I share my own journey, including the mistakes I made, so you can avoid them. We also cover the business side, like managing clients and how to photograph your work for social media. Join me to turn your passion into a craft.
