Featured Mehndi Artistry and Training by Krupa
See a glimpse of my journey—from intricate bridal portraits to the first lines my students learn. This is where my passion for mehndi comes to life.
This intricate Radha Krishna portrait is a piece of my heart and a testament to the stories we can tell with henna. I love creating these detailed figures, capturing a moment of divine love that makes any bridal or festive mehndi truly special.
Watch as a classic peacock motif comes to life, line by line. This tutorial clip shows the steady hand and precision that goes into every design, from the delicate feathers to the graceful form. This is a technique I love teaching in my advanced classes.
I believe passion has no age, and this 11-year-old student is proof. This video shows her journey from her first practice lines on paper to her first design on a hand. It fills me with so much pride to guide young artists and watch their confidence grow.
This design is inspired by the grandeur of royal Indian architecture. I created a scene with a majestic elephant within a palace jharokha, using a mix of fine lines and bold shading to give it depth. It’s a perfect example of a grand, symmetrical bridal design.
Hearing feedback like this is the reason I love what I do. This client's heartfelt words about her experience and her happiness with the final design mean the world to me. It’s a reminder that my work touches people in a special way.
The magic of a dark mehndi stain is something every client dreams of. This video shows the beautiful, deep color development from my organic henna paste. This is the result of quality ingredients and proper aftercare, which I always guide my clients on.
My cone making sessions are some of my favorite moments with my students. Here you can see a glimpse of our basic to advance mehndi course, where I teach fundamental skills like creating the perfect cone for smooth and precise application.
About this collection
When you look through these photos, you aren't just seeing patterns; you're seeing my 'Pehla Ishq'—my first love. Whether it’s a detailed Radha Krishna portrait for a bride or a young student’s first attempt at a peacock motif, everything here is a piece of my heart. If you’re looking to get your hands adorned for a wedding or wanting to learn the craft yourself in Kopar Khairane, this is where it all starts.
My Approach to Mehndi
I believe mehndi is not just about the final design, but the sukoon (peace) you feel while the paste is applied. My work ranges from intricate bridal stories—where I incorporate portraits and custom motifs—to clean, flowing Arabic designs. I prioritize using 100% organic henna, which is why I’m obsessed with the chemistry of paste-making, cone consistency, and the science behind achieving a dark, deep stain.
Learning with Me
Teaching is a huge part of my life. My studio in Kopar Khairane is a space where students, from housewives to young artists, come to learn the 'why' and 'how' of mehndi. We cover everything from the basics of cone rolling to advanced figure drawing and portraiture.
My courses are structured for results:
- Basic to Advance: The foundation for anyone starting from zero.
- Bridal & Portrait: Vocational training for those serious about professional artistry, including anatomy, shading, and client management.
- Online Certification: Live Zoom sessions for those who can't visit the studio but want to master the craft.
I don't believe in gatekeeping. When you join my classes, you get access to my honest feedback, and if you show the right jazba (passion), you might even get a chance to assist me on live bridal bookings. I am here to help you turn your curiosity into a skill.

Hi, I’m Krupa. I’ve been living and breathing mehndi for over 5 years here in Mumbai, and seeing a client’s smile is still my favorite part of the job. Whether I'm creating a custom bridal story on your hands or helping a student find their flow in a cone-making session, I pour everything I have into it.
