About Maharashtrian Heritage Portraits
I don't just point and shoot. My sessions focus on getting the drape of your Nauvari saree and the placement of your Nath exactly right, using vintage props like brass lamps to bring that old-world charm to life right here in my Mumbai studio.
When you step into my studio in Ghansoli, we aren't just taking photos. We are crafting a narrative. I work closely with my #mpfamily of makeup artists and stylists to ensure that every fold of your Nauvari saree and every detail of your traditional jewelry is picture-perfect.
My approach to Maharashtrian heritage portraits is about balance. I use a professional 4-point lighting setup for those deep, moody, and dramatic portraits, but I also know how to keep things soft and natural when we want to capture genuine smiles. We have a dedicated changing room for your look swaps, and you will have access to our collection of vintage props—from classic brass samai lamps to retro telephones—to add character to your frames.
Whether you are wearing a classic Pheta or a modern fusion look, my goal is to show the beauty in the details. If you prefer the outdoors, I can take the session to a park to use the golden Mumbai light. Every shoot is a team effort, and I am here to guide your posing so you feel comfortable and look graceful in every single frame.
