About Contemporary Ethnic & Fusion Wear
Fusion wear relies on the interplay of texture and light, so I use a four-point studio lighting setup to ensure fabric details and jewelry sparkle without washing out the colors. I provide access to vintage brass props and textured backgrounds that complement the look, whether you bring a classic saree or a contemporary Anarkali.
Ethnic and fusion outfits require specific attention to colors and silhouettes. In my Ghansoli studio, I have the controlled environment needed to handle these elements. We work with optical snoots and RGB gels to create depth, making your outfit the hero of the frame. You bring the wardrobe, and I handle the posing, lighting, and technical setup.
I collaborate with professional MUAs to ensure your hair and makeup align with the chosen mood, whether you want something soft and traditional or bold and dramatic. The process is collaborative. We start with a discussion on your outfit choices, move to the studio for a guided session where I help with everything from saree drapes to hand placement, and finish with professional retouching that keeps your skin texture natural. Whether it is a solo fashion lookbook or a couple portrait, the goal is to capture the grace of the attire in a way that feels authentic to you.
