About Featured
When you step into my studio in Ghansoli, it is not just about pointing a camera. I use a specific 4-point lighting setup combined with gobo projectors to create those distinct window-pane shadows you see in my portraits. It adds cinematic depth without needing to hunt for outdoor locations, so we get that moody, intimate look regardless of the weather outside.
Beyond the Lens
Every shoot I take on is a collaborative effort. I don't just want to take a picture of you; I want to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to let your guard down. Whether it is a solo fashion shoot or a couple's session, my focus remains on the 'real' moment—that split second when you adjust your saree pleats or share a genuine laugh.
The Maharashtrian Touch
I have a deep love for capturing heritage looks. If you are coming in for a traditional session, we focus on the details that define our culture. From the proper drape of a Nauvari saree to the placement of the Nath, I guide you to ensure the traditional elements look authentic and powerful. I often use props like brass lamps and marigolds to ground the images in our traditions.
Studio Setup & Comfort
My studio in Ghansoli is designed to be a creative adda. It features:
- 4-point professional lighting for both dramatic and soft portraiture
- Access to 17 different backdrops, including hand-painted cloth
- A dedicated air-conditioned room for your makeup and wardrobe changes
I believe the best photos happen when you aren't worried about the clock or the environment. That is why I provide a private studio experience where we can take our time to get the light, the mood, and the story just right.
