For our pasta or teppanyaki setups, we bring professional equipment on-site, which means we need a bit more floor space and access to power points compared to a standard buffet table. It is a small logistical requirement, but it ensures the food is served restaurant-fresh.
Our live stations function like mini pop-up restaurants brought directly to your venue. We do not believe in pre-plating or holding food under heat lamps for hours. Whether it is rolling fresh pasta for ravioli or searing skewers on a Teppanyaki grill, the goal is immediacy and quality.
