Building muscle memory and resilience is key to surviving real-world threats. Here is a look at the conditioning and partner drills we use at our C.R. Park dojo to prepare you for anything.

This clip shows a typical group class in session. We combine fitness, technique drills, and scenario-based training to make you combat-fit and ready to protect yourself and your loved ones.

This promotional video captures the energy and purpose of my training. We are here to help you stay safe in today's society by teaching you a proven and effective self-defense system.

Heavy bag work is essential for developing power, stamina, and proper striking technique. This is where you build the physical conditioning needed to support your self-defense skills.

This graphic represents the core of what I offer: a complete self-defense system. Join my Krav Maga and Kickboxing classes at my studio in Delhi NCR to start your journey.

About this collection

We focus on dynamic, scenario-based drills because real fights do not follow a script. Whether it is heavy bag work to build striking power or partner exercises to practice quick escapes, every drill is designed to replace hesitation with instinctive action. It is not just about getting fit; it is about making your body react correctly under extreme pressure.

Most people train for sports, but we train for survival. When an attack happens, your brain often freezes, and your fine motor skills fail. That is why our drills at the C.R. Park facility are not about winning a trophy; they are about conditioning your nervous system to respond instantly to threats.

Our training methodology focuses on three pillars:

  1. Physical Conditioning: Using heavy bags and pad work, we build the explosive power and stamina required to end a fight quickly. You will sweat, you will get tired, but you will learn how to operate even when your body is fatigued.

  2. Muscle Memory: Through repeated partner drills, we strip away the thinking process. When you face a choke, a grab, or a blunt force threat, your body needs to react before your brain even registers the danger. We simulate these high-stress situations until the response becomes natural.

  3. Situational Awareness: Combat is about more than just technique. We practice in our industrial, non-AC environment because it reflects the reality of the streets. You learn to manage your breathing and mindset while dealing with multiple attackers or tight, confined spaces.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to advance your combat skills, our drills provide the foundation you need. We do not rely on rules, refs, or fancy moves that look good in a gym but fail in the real world. We focus entirely on what works when your safety is on the line.
