Unarmed Combat: Practical Self-Defense in Delhi

Real-world survival is not a sport. Here is how I teach you to neutralize common street threats like chokes, grabs, and strikes when you have nothing but your hands.

A front choke is a common and dangerous attack. This video demonstrates a simple and effective Krav Maga technique to release the choke, create space, and counterattack to neutralize the threat immediately.

An attacker may try to choke you from behind to maintain control. I teach you how to use your body weight and leverage to break the hold, turn into the attacker, and follow up with decisive counter-strikes.

A side headlock can leave you vulnerable. This drill shows how to defend against it by attacking the opponent's weak points, breaking their posture, and escaping the hold before it can escalate.

Here I am explaining the details of a headlock defense. The key is to address the immediate danger, which is the choke, while simultaneously creating an opportunity to counterattack.

A straight punch or jab is a fast, common strike. This video shows a 360-degree defense where you block the punch and simultaneously counterattack, redirecting the opponent's force and ending the confrontation.

A roundhouse punch comes from the side with a lot of power. This drill demonstrates how to defend against it by moving in, blocking the strike close to the source, and delivering multiple counter-strikes to overwhelm the attacker.

This is another variation of a defense against a round punch. The principle remains the same: intercept the attack, disrupt the attacker's balance, and respond with overwhelming force.

About this collection

A fair fight is a fight you lose. My training does not teach you to wait for a referee's whistle or follow tournament rules, because real-life attackers never wait for your permission. Whether you are facing a choke in a crowded space or a punch at a bus stop, you need to neutralize the threat within seconds. I focus on targeting pressure points and creating immediate space—not by being the strongest person in the room, but by being the fastest to react.

The Reality of Street Survival

Most martial arts teach you to compete; I teach you to survive. When you are on the street, there are no padded mats, no referees, and certainly no rules. My classes in South Delhi are designed to break the mental block that causes people to freeze under pressure. I drill you on muscle memory so that when a situation escalates, you don't think, you act.

How We Neutralize Threats

My approach to unarmed combat focuses on three core pillars:

  • Interrupting the OODA Loop: We train to disrupt the attacker's ability to observe, orient, decide, and act. By intercepting a strike or breaking a grip instantly, you take the initiative.
  • Using Vulnerable Anatomy: You do not need massive biceps to win a fight. We focus on low-effort, high-impact targets like the eyes, throat, and groin to stop an attacker regardless of their size or weight.
  • Environment Adaptation: Whether you are pinned against a wall or dealing with a clinch, we practice in the C.R. Park facility with real-world scenarios to ensure you know how to leverage your surroundings.

Why Practice is Mandatory

I run an intensive 10-day civilian bootcamp because proficiency requires volume. You cannot learn to handle a chokehold or a headlock from a video. You need to feel the pressure, sweat through the drills, and learn to breathe when someone is trying to control your movement. This isn't about looking good for a social media clip; it is about having the confidence to walk with peace, knowing you can handle yourself.
