Our wellness sessions focus on fun animal-inspired poses, creative movement, and family-bonding exercises that make physical activity feel like the most exciting part of your child's day. Why We Make Wellness Fun
At Kidz and Bigz, we believe that 'Party to banti hai' (a party is a must) applies to everything, even wellness. Our approach to kids yoga and family fitness is rooted in the idea that children learn best through play. Instead of static postures, we use storytelling and imagination—think 'Frog Poses' that get them jumping or 'Snake Poses' that help them stretch.
What You Can Expect
Our sessions in Anand Vihar are designed to bridge the gap between structured exercise and free play. By integrating simple yoga and movement techniques into our existing play zones, we help children:
