I know most couples feel a bit camera-shy or awkward in front of a lens, but that is completely normal. My sessions in the Shimla studio are designed to be slow and relaxed, not rushed, so we can find those candid, genuine laughs. Whether you want a simple, clean studio look or a cozy boho setup, I will guide you through the poses until you feel comfortable enough to just be yourselves.

When you book a session at my Malyana studio, my goal is to strip away the pressure of a 'perfect' shoot. We focus on the real stuff: the way you look at each other, the protective hand on the bump, and the excitement of becoming parents.
What to Expect During Your Session:
- Wardrobe: You get access to my studio closet filled with premium maternity gowns. From flowy, elegant dresses to simple, fitted styles, we can choose something that makes you feel confident and comfortable.
- Themes: Whether you prefer a classic, timeless look with solid backdrops or a warm, boho aesthetic with soft textures and props, we tailor the setup to your personality.
- Guidance: You do not need to be a model. I direct the posing, so you never have to guess where to stand or look. We move at your pace, allowing time for outfit changes and breaks.
Choosing the Right Experience
I offer three distinct packages to suit what you are looking for. The Standard Studio Session is perfect if you want a quick, focused set of portraits. If you are looking for more variety, the Premium Couple Bundle allows for two outfit changes and distinct themes, giving us time to capture both artistic, dramatic shots and soft, relaxed moments. For those who want the full experience, my Signature Family Experience combines the studio with an outdoor location, ideal for including siblings or getting that natural Himachali backdrop.
Practical Details
- Timing: I recommend booking early in your third trimester when you feel most comfortable.
- Partners & Kids: Partners are welcome in all packages. For the Family Experience, I provide extra assistance to manage and engage older children.
- Editing: Every image receives my signature soft-focus retouching to ensure a clean, natural look that isn't over-processed.
