About The Training Ground: Skills, Drills & Fitness

Training here isn't just about kicking a ball around. In our standard group batches, we maintain a coach-to-player ratio of approximately 1:15 to ensure every child gets real attention, even in a team setting. Whether it is honing passing mechanics or improving footwork on our natural grass pitch, we make sure the technical foundation is solid before we ever talk about competitive tactics.

At Kick Football Club, we believe technical brilliance starts with repetition. Our training ground at Palam Farms is designed to replicate real match conditions. Unlike synthetic turfs that can be unforgiving on joints, our natural grass sessions help players understand ball roll, traction, and the genuine physics of the sport.

The Technical Pillar

Our drill library focuses on the 'Big Three'—dribbling, passing, and shooting. Beginners start with basic motor skills and coordination; intermediate players move to 5v5 scrimmages and tactical movement. Every session is designed to build muscle memory.
