Proper nutrition is the silent partner to every great player, which is why we guide our kids on everything from pre-match fueling to post-game recovery. It is about understanding that a balanced meal two hours before a session changes how a child performs on the grass, giving them the energy to stay sharp through every drill.

We actively teach our players that what they eat is just as important as how they dribble. Our nutrition guidelines are simple but effective:
- Pre-Match: Balanced meals two hours before play to optimize performance.
- Post-Match: Protein and carbohydrates within 30 minutes to aid muscle recovery.
- Hydration: Consistent intake before, during, and after games to prevent fatigue.
