We track growth through data, not just observation. Every player in our advanced batches receives a personalized monthly progress card that rates them on five key metrics: passing, speed, accuracy, decision-making, and ball control. It gives parents an objective, numbers-based view of exactly where their child is performing and where they need to focus their effort next.
We believe in recognizing every win, whether it is a league trophy or a personal breakthrough in a training drill. Our 'Player of the Match' awards in competitive leagues like the Reliance Foundation Youth League (RFYL) are a way to honor the hard work our kids put in during matches. But awards are only one part of the story.
We know parents want to see concrete evidence of improvement. That is why our coaching staff maintains detailed player profile cards for our advanced students. By breaking down technical skills into measurable ratings, we help players understand that football is about consistent discipline. If a player is rated 7.5 on ball control, they know exactly which drills to focus on during the next session. This transparency creates accountability. It moves the conversation from 'you played well' to 'your decision-making was excellent, now let us work on your speed.'
