We operate our Luncheon & Sundowner service from Monday to Saturday, between 12 PM and 6 PM. This time slot offers an intimate look at our venue, where you can watch our chefs prepare traditional dishes like our 800-year-old Baklava or signature sand-brewed Turkish coffee, away from the high-energy club events.
While Khubani is known for its electric nightlife, our daytime service brings a different energy to Aerocity. This is when the opulence of our interiors truly shines, bathed in natural light that highlights the gold accents and majestic arches.
Our menu during these hours is a deliberate fusion. We move away from the late-night party vibe to focus on the craft of our kitchen. You will find our Turkish chef preparing authentic Baklava—a recipe steeped in 800 years of tradition—alongside modern favorites like our Cheese Wheel Pasta and the 1.5 Meter Adana Kebab.
The highlight for many is our traditional Turkish coffee, brewed using hot sand for that perfectly velvet texture.
