About Tara Sitara: The Big Bollywood Night
When the orchestra hits the first note of a classic Bollywood chartbuster at 8 PM, the atmosphere in the room shifts instantly. We do not just play tracks; we bring in 22-piece live bands and legendary singers who turn dinner into a high-energy production. If you are planning a Friday night out, keep in mind that the energy peaks late—the transition from our fusion dinner service to the full-blown dance floor is where the real magic happens, so arrive early if you want to secure a prime table near the stage.
Tara Sitara is our definitive Friday night experience in Aerocity. We moved away from the standard DJ-only format to create a space that celebrates the grandeur of Indian cinema. Whether it is a tribute to the golden era or a set featuring modern chartbusters, our stage has hosted icons like Usha Uthup, Gurdas Maan, Richa Sharma, and Afsana Khan.
Beyond the music, this is a night of full-scale theatrical entertainment. You will see fire dancers, aerialists, and choreography that matches the intensity of the performances. Our culinary team ensures the dining experience keeps pace with the night, serving progressive fusion dishes—like our signature 1.5-meter Adana Kebab or theatrical cocktails—that are designed to be enjoyed while the entertainment unfolds.
Located in the heart of the Andaz Hotel, Khubani provides the backdrop of Persian-inspired opulence, with arches and vintage gold accents that contrast sharply with the electrifying energy of the performance.

- Arrive Early: The main performances typically start after 8 PM, but our bar menu is available earlier if you want to settle in with a cocktail.
- Reservations: Tara Sitara is our most popular night of the week. We strongly recommend booking your table at least 48 hours in advance to secure a view of the stage.
- Dress Code: We host a premium crowd. Dress for a night out in Delhi.
