Engaging Online Sessions for Remote Teams
Virtual dance fitness sessions to beat Zoom fatigue and get your remote team moving together.

About Engaging Online Sessions for Remote Teams
Getting your team to switch on their cameras is half the battle. During these sessions, I keep the energy high by spotlighting participants, calling out names, and using a mix of upbeat Bollywood, Kannada, and Tamil tracks to make sure nobody feels like a wallflower.
I designed these sessions specifically for the remote work reality. You do not need a massive studio space. A four-by-four foot area in your home office is plenty. We sync up fifteen minutes before the start time to test the AV and ensure your team can hear the music clearly. My approach relies on keeping everyone involved through name call-outs and interactive spotlights. This is not a passive webinar where people watch from behind a black screen. It is an active hour where we break up the monotonous routine of back-to-back meetings. The technology setup accommodates up to one hundred logins via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. I use a desk-friendly warm-up routine that eases everyone into the movement so there is no intimidation factor for non-dancers. Whether your team is spread across Bangalore or working from different cities in India, these classes bring that communal vibe directly to their screens. It turns a standard team check-in into a stress-busting event.
