A collection of my work in the Supreme Court and beyond, focused on upholding dignity, equality, and the rule of law.

The Constitution is not just a shield to defend our rights, but a sword to actively claim them. I see my role as wielding this instrument to carve out justice, holding it up as a promise of what our nation can and should be.

Contributing to the Supreme Court's efforts to settle cases and speed up the justice system. My experience on the Bench reinforces a core belief: clarity, preparation, and a willingness to find common ground are essential for effective advocacy.

The Supreme Court's decision to strike down the Electoral Bonds scheme was a monumental victory for transparency in our democracy. I argued that these bonds were akin to legalized corruption, and this judgment helps stem the tide of oligarchic control over our political process.

A woman's right to dignity and bodily autonomy does not end at marriage. I am arguing before the Delhi High Court that the marital rape exception in our law is a violation of fundamental rights and must be struck down.

Your right to privacy is fundamental. In this age of pervasive surveillance, strong encryption is not a luxury but a necessity to protect legally privileged conversations, journalistic sources, and the communications of dissenters and abuse survivors.

The resilience of women like Vinesh Phogat, who face systemic injustice and still triumph, is what this country is built on. I stand in solidarity with her and other women fighting for their dignity and rights against powerful institutions.

After a long day in court, the work continues. This photograph captures a moment of transition, but the fight for constitutional values is a constant. It is a privilege to dedicate my life to this service.

I am arguing in the Supreme Court against the unscientific and inhumane incarceration of stray dogs. Policy must be based on evidence, such as mass sterilization and vaccination programs, not on administrative failures that penalize animals.

About Featured

My practice is rooted in rigorous case preparation. Whether for a Supreme Court petition or a commercial dispute, we begin with a forensic review of your documents and a candid assessment of legal merits. I do not take cases to create noise; I take them to secure enforceable, strategic outcomes.
