A look at my work before the Supreme Court of India and my commitment to bridging the gap between law school and the courtroom.

My goal is to bridge the real gap between the classroom and the courtroom. In this video, my colleague and I introduce our initiative for law students and young advocates, explaining how we break down complex procedures from filing an FIR to understanding charge sheets in a practical way.

This photo was taken at the Supreme Court of India after a significant win. We fought for a democratically elected Pradhan who was blocked from serving despite three court victories. The Supreme Court stepped in, reinforcing that judicial orders must be followed and democracy cannot be suspended by executive defiance.

As a special guest at the Abhimaan Conference in Chennai, I had the privilege of addressing students and faculty on the legal frameworks of POSH and POCSO. Sharing practical insights on sensitive laws is a core part of my mission to foster a safer, more informed society.

I believe in shaping legal education from the ground up. Here I am serving as an External Expert at a Board of Studies meeting at Sushant University, where we had profound discussions on enhancing the law curriculum to meet the needs of real-world practice.

Justice for illegal detention is a fundamental right. This case involved a client held for over 36 hours without due process. We successfully argued against the fabricated charges and illegal custody before the Duty Magistrate, securing his immediate release.

Mentoring the next generation is a responsibility I hold dear. Pictured here with my team at the Supreme Court, we live by the principle: "आगे बढ़ते चलो और सबको साथ बढ़ाते चलो" which means keep moving forward and take everyone with you.

I often provide legal commentary on national news platforms like News Tak. In this debate, I discussed the Supreme Court's directions for an investigation into the Adani-Hindenburg matter, breaking down the legal implications for the public.

About Featured

I approach every engagement—whether it is a high-stakes petition in the Supreme Court or a mentorship session at a law university—with the same 'Nyay, Nishtha, Dharma' philosophy. You will see this in how I handle cases, from challenging illegal detentions in Meerut to auditing law school curricula, ensuring the focus remains on tangible outcomes rather than just paperwork.
