What Drives Me

I care deeply about rights, justice, and the Constitution as a living promise. For me, public speaking isn’t just about sharing knowledge - it’s about making law and justice real for everyone. I put my energy into fighting for women, minorities, dissenters, and the environment, both in court and out in the world.

Making Law Accessible

Law gets a bad rap for being complicated. I try to break it down, whether I’m on TV or speaking at an event. My style is direct - I cut through jargon and link big constitutional ideas with what’s happening on the ground. If you want constitutional law analysis or media law commentary that’s actually understandable, I’m your person.

How I Show Up

• You’ll find me doing expert legal analysis for news media, often on hot topics like electoral bonds, surveillance, and criminal justice reform.
• I give keynote speeches at conferences, sometimes for businesses - I talk about practical legal strategies, especially how to handle a crisis in the public eye.
• Panel discussions are my jam. I enjoy debating, sharing, and learning, whether it’s about freedom of speech or resilience with students.
• I also teach and do guest lectures, mostly on human rights advocacy talks and free speech.
