From college campus programs to tactical sessions for security teams, my training focuses on real-world safety and personal confidence.

This is the energy I love to see. A hall full of students at Sacred Heart College, all learning practical self-defense together. My workshops are all about participation and building confidence in a large, supportive group.

I also conduct more intense, tactical training for professional teams. Here, we are leading a disciplined karate session for about 150 police officers in Katpadi, focusing on techniques essential for their duty.

It's an amazing feeling to stand on stage and guide hundreds of young women through their first self-defense moves. My goal is to make everyone feel stronger and more aware by the end of the session.

We focus on simple, effective techniques that you can actually use. Here, students are practicing basic blocks and holds in pairs, which is the best way to learn how these moves feel in a real situation.

This is the view from the stage during a women's safety workshop. My team and I demonstrate each technique clearly so the large audience can see, understand, and then practice the moves themselves.

My name is Naveen, and karate is my passion. I am a proud black belt, and I bring all my dedication and training to every self-defense workshop I teach.

To be a good teacher, I believe you must always be a student. I was so happy to receive wonderful karate training from Japanese grandmasters during a WSKF Kata seminar in Indonesia.

My workshops focus on simple, practical techniques you can use immediately, rather than complicated martial arts forms. We train in real environments like college halls or open grounds so you learn to protect yourself in familiar, everyday settings.
