Yeh Awaara Nahi, Hamara Hai
In the concrete jungle of Delhi-NCR, our community animals face systemic cruelty every day. We don’t just watch from the sidelines; we stand between them and those who try to harm them. This is our belief, our fight, and our commitment to every life on the street.
"They are voiceless, but they know how to show love. They are not stray, just searching for someone to call their own." This is the belief that drives our work every single day.
A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer, lawyer, and supporter who stood with us. From India Gate to Jantar Mantar, this victory belongs to our entire community. Your support is our strength.
A message to our community: do not bow down to pressure or fall for false media tactics. We must continue to raise our voice peacefully and persistently until the cruel orders are rolled back.
About Our Philosophy: Yeh Awaara Nahi, Hamara Hai
When the system fails our animals, we step in with legal muscle and on-ground presence. Whether an RWA is blocking your right to feed or local authorities are illegally relocating dogs, we don't just protest online. We provide the legal notices, the mediation, and the police station advocacy required to stop the harassment in its tracks.
Why We Fight
We operate on one core principle: Yeh awaara nahi, hamara hai. These aren't just stray dogs; they are community members who deserve protection under the law. We are here to change the narrative from 'stray menace' to 'community responsibility.'
Our On-Ground Intervention
We see the same patterns everywhere in Delhi-NCR. RWA presidents citing false sanitation rules, residents smashing feeding bowls, or municipal authorities relocating dogs without following ABC guidelines. This is where we come in. We don't just offer advice; we provide:
- Legal Documentation: Drafting formal notices citing the PCA Act 1960.
- Mediation: Face-to-face conflict resolution with society management.
- Police Advocacy: Filing FIRs and DD entries when cruelty occurs.
No Room for Silence
Whether it's protesting at Jantar Mantar or filing contempt of court motions, we use every tool available. If you are an animal feeder, you have rights. If you witness abuse, you have a duty. We are here to ensure you are not silenced. Reach out for support, not just sympathy.
