The people behind our rescue movement
We aren't just a shelter. We are a collective of humans who refuse to look away. These are the faces of the community fighting for those who have no voice.
Happy Birthday to Ani, the rock of South Bengaluru. He handles the most heartbreaking cases with a calm that is not easy to maintain.
Our team on the ground, always ready to get their hands dirty for the cause. This is what dedication looks like.
A group of our supporters and team members at an event. It's the people who come together that give our movement strength.
A moment of pure love between Ani and one of our rescued dogs. This is the connection that fuels our passion.
Our work extends to all animals. Here, Ani is pictured with a tiger adopted through our foundation's efforts. We love, protect, and conserve all life.
My daughter's favorite place to visit is the shelter. Teaching the next generation to be compassionate is the most important work of all.
About Our Team & Supporters
You don't see the exhaustion, the midnight runs to the vet, or the court battles. You only see the result. When you support us, you aren't funding a corporate entity, you are putting fuel in the car that drives to a rescue site at 2 AM. My team handles the graphic, messy reality of animal cruelty with a core of steel so that you only have to worry about how you can join the fight.
Stop thinking of us as a shelter. We are an active, on-ground movement operating across South Bengaluru. From the people organizing feeding drives in HSR Layout to those handling the legal paperwork for cruelty cases, every person you see here is a volunteer or a core team member who has chosen to prioritize the lives of street animals.
Why we work this way
We are aggressive about our mission because the alternative is apathy. Whether it is Ani handling graphic injury cases or our supporters showing up for protests at Freedom Park, we don't do this for accolades. We do this because the animals need a voice.
Can you join us?
We don't need fans; we need hands. If you are tired of watching cruelty and want to do something about it—really do something, not just share a post—this is where you start.
- On-Ground Support: If you have time to help with feeding drives or logistics, we will find a spot for you.
- Legal & Awareness: We need people who can help document cruelty and push for stronger local laws.
- Donations: Every rupee goes directly to medical bills, food, or legal advocacy. We are transparent about where the money goes because we know how hard you work for it.
This isn't about us. It’s about building a compassionate society, one street at a time. If you think we should stay quiet, this isn't the right place for you. But if you are ready to be vocal for local, welcome to the team.
Cares
I'm Ani. People call me the backbone, but honestly, the street animals are the backbone. I just make sure their voice is heard, whether that’s in court or on the pavement in JP Nagar.
